TKD is a precision manufacturer of all types of machined parts. We utilize CNC lathes, CNC vertical/horizontal mills, and EDM which is one of the most accurate manufacturing processes available for creating complex or simple shapes and geometrics within parts and assemblies.

Iron, brass, aluminum, copper, titanium, stainless, and plastics.
We also machine precision finished parts from near net shapes such as forgings, castings, extrusions, die-castings, investment castings and flame cut blanks.

Capabilities:

Machine work is also done utilizing manual milling machines, lathes, and grinders to produce fixtures, dies, molds, or low quantities.
We also use milling machines, drilling, tapping machines, thread rollers, landis threaders, multi-spindle drills and broaches in conjunction with our CNC machines to design work cells for a lean manufacturing process so we can manufacture parts to specification at the lowest cost.
